Pirates, Romans, and The Lone Ranger....oh my? What the heck is going on?

Paris was amazing. Can I just say that? It was fantastic. I can't understand a lot of the language, but I think the entire city is just incredibly beautiful. And the circus? I never thought I'd enjoy seeing a circus, but there you have it. I had fun. Even if seeing him do some of the things gave me and Kitty complete and utter heart attacks.

Now I've really gotta buckle down and get back into the school swing. The MTN makes things way easier--I don't have to live on campus--but classes are already piling on the homework. It's crazy. And if I have to advise one more person to make sure their computer is charged when they call freaking out about a black screen (yes, people, lap tops still need to be plugged in sometimes!) I might lose it. Just a fair warning to anybody who might potentially do that. Have you ever seen an angry mutant? We're volatile.

For the record, going off with Wolverine in this lifetime's no different than going off with our clawed friend in the comics. There's a lot of violence, ambushes, and it was kind've fun and beer. If anybody was worried, I'm sorry. I'm back now, and completely fine except for a couple of bruises.

Also for the record? It's kind've fun to be a superhero. I don't think Kitty's been this satisfied since I've gotten her. Shut up, we wore the suit.

It's a shame when you can see a death coming. Really, though, was anybody shocked by Amy Whinehouse?

Oh crap. Oh crap. Please tell me somebody has a good enough excuse to use on your telepathic sister when your alien dragon has just chewed a hole in one of her couch cushions. Better yet! TELL ME WHERE I CAN BUY A NEW CUSHION. I'm pretty sure this was Lockheed's revenge for leaving him home all day while I went summer job searching. God. Temperamental dragons. And too smart for my own good. Sometimes I wonder how Kitty managed to function with this guy hanging around her all the time. It's not as easy at it looks having the loyalty of a space creature, let me tell you.

Maybe I can phase into the middle of the earth and wait for the awkward angry moment to pass.

Right. In case you haven't figure it out yet amongst that panicked rambling, I'm Caitlin Holloway, the mutant in my head is Kitty Pryde, and we'd both be really happy if you could help a former member of the X-Men out with excuses. Seriously.
